Question: Why is he treating me this way?
My supervisor wich likes me. He trust me over the money at the job and everything else he even found some one to deposit the money for me to help me out also because I was deposit it but not every week, I am the check writer and the only one on the account. we received some tennie shoes with our company logo on them that the job payed for and he asked that each employee want a pair pay. Instead of asking me to be over that he said he has so many shoe in a box in his office and he knows how many he has and he does not want me to take the box into my office but during the week people want to buy for me to sell it to him, Know I am the only one who has a key to his office. they guy he put over sale of the shoes does not have a key. yet, he trust me to pay the light, water, insurance, telephone bill, make reservatios for upcoming events putting money down for that and paying the rent of the place so, Is he not trusting me or trying to help me out some kind of way. I do not like how he told me that th other guy is overseer of this project.

You sound busy, maybe your boss just think s that you have enough on your plate right now and your boss knows that you have a tough job. I wouldn’t take it personally. I would be glad. You have enough going on as it is.
Your boss has a lot of trust in your . I would just relax and be glad that you don’t have to take on yet another job.
