Q&A: WHICH SANDALS RESORT IN JAMAICA DO YOU PREFER?
Which Sandals resort in Jamaica do you prefer and why?
I’m on somewhat of a budget and it would be for a honeymoon.
Any specific room suggestions would help too. I just prefer it has an ocean view. Any other tips, advice appreciated. Also I’ve looked on their website and they don’t offer too many pictures on their rooms if you have staid and have pictures they would also be appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

This will provide a good summary of each resort and the pros and cons. Not many pictures though. The exact appearance of the rooms can be very different even within the same resort, so I’m not sure that pictures of them would be that beneficial.

All are excellent, but for me, Sandals Dunn’s River has the edge. The falls enters into the sea. Fun and frolic having hands in a chain and walk the steps of the fall is breath-taking and the most exhiliarating. The beach (sea) as a warmish temperature but the falls entry their is more cooler.
Not only Sandals Dunn’s River, but the Ocho Rios centre it is located at is very welcoming, touring and paraphanalias are captivating.
Best on your travel, you’ll love all Jamaica gives you, on a vacation, honeymooning or just adventure.
ONE LOVE, NO PROBLEM!!

The most beautiful is Sandals Whitehouse, and most fitting for a “get away from it all” honeymoon. If you are on a budget, you might want to steer clear of Sandals all together. Check out websites like www.skyauction.com You can get an all inclusive package to places like the former Grand Lido and other places for about 0 p/p with air on the low end, to 00 p/p with air on the high end, just watch the junk fees (all are listed at the end of auctions). I have used them for 12 different vacations and as long as you enter any special requests at the time of booking such as non-stop flights etc. they are pretty accommodating. Also when you are there don’t book tours through your hotel, you can go to www.tripadvisor.com and find many tour companies with links to their websites that have been reviewed. It is far cheaper than letting the hotel take a cut. My wife and I use barrettadventures.com and have never had a problem, but there are many listed. Good Luck and Happy travels!!
