Hi,I did the following:

Boots， Sandals， Sneakers， Women Shoes
Question: Do free-running shoes really help?
Im thinking about taking some free-running classes. I know all the shoes are are basically shoes with good grip. Theyre expensive but if i just bough a new pair of air jordans or nikes would they work just as well?
