Question: I have a black scab over a blister caused by my sandals. Is it normal for it to be so dark?
I wore summer sandals and got 5 blisters from them. One of these has a scab on it which looks very dark and black. I thought scabs were red. Is it normal to have the colour scab?
The pictures have nothing to do with the content!!

Black is dried blood so this blister has bled at some time. This is normal.
