Q&A: How badly has Cuba been affected after the hurricanes / anyone know if it has affected the sandals hotel?
I am going on holiday in a few days to Cuba and wondered how badly the country had been affected & has Sandals hotel (Royal Hicacos) been damaged in any way?
The pictures have nothing to do with the content!!

Varadero was not particularly affected by either hurricane, and all hotels are operating normally, as far as I know.

Most likely not, as Beardo said. My suggestion is contact the resort directly to be sure of anything. However, any hurricane effects at the resorts have already been worked on.
