Q&A–: What type of sneakers appear very good with bootcut jeans?
I like sneakers for everyday wear with my jeans but I do not want ugly sneakers that make me look like I’m going on a hike in the forest. I prefer sneakers that are vibrant white. Difficulty is, I don’t know what types or shapes are out there. I want straightforward but not ugly.

Question: How can i keep my sneakers from sliding when opening heavy doors?
At work the freezer door is really heavy and when i try to open it my sneakers just slide. Is it my sneakers or am i just not strong enough to open it? Any tips

stacks of sneakers are kept in the bedroom. is this ok or should the sneakers be moved to another area of the house?
the stacks of sneakers in the bedroom are all brand new. my concern is, does the smell of rubber affect our health?
these are collector’s shoe inside the bedroom. will they be safe especially when you’re sleeping? we’re talking about keeping them for a long long long time.

Question: How to tell if certain sneakers are good for running?
I shop at discount stores so they have wider selections of shoes than department stores, but when buying sneakers how do I know if they would be good for running? And how to buy good running sneakers (after I find out they’re for running)? Don’t say ask the sales person because it’s a discount store and they’re high schoolers so don’t know more than me. Thanks.
